Writing / Poetry Home Learning.
Half way through the first week of the holidays, Just a week more to come and then we are back at school. Today, I've decided to start of with my Writing/Poetry.

What is poetry?

Poetry is similar to music but literary works in which the expression of feelings and ideas is given intensity by the use of distinctive style and rhythm, poems collectively or as a genre of literature.

Where do you read poems?

Anywhere. In books or even in Lyrics.

Task - Write a poem about Term 1 2019 *I tried*

It started of Hot, with many exciting events

Made new connections and also tied nots.

It started of smooth and slightly tilted rocky

Fixed a lot of drama and anger issues

Learnt how to be mindful of our actions and emotions

We had our ups

We had our downs

But that didn’t stop us from learning,

Making new connections

And also making new friends
