Today was our 11 round of Food Technology with Mrs Heka. Today we decided, Well, Mrs Heka decided that we make travel to France and make some Crepe. *For those who don't know what Crepe's are, they are just like pancakes but a thinner and are made traditionally in France.*. With the help of my cooking Partner we were able to make 5 crepe pancakes, and with the help of Mrs Heka. Here is a guide to how me made our crepe pancakes.
Ingredients:
- Flour
- Milk
- Eggs
- Sugar
- Margarine
Tools:
- Measuring spoons
- 1 large mixing bowl
- 1 medium mixing bowl
- 1 small mixing bowl
- 2 measuring cups
- Spatula
- Wooden spoon
- Crepe pan
- Whisk
Method:
- First, Get your large mixing bowl and add 1 cup of Flour + 2 tablespoons of Sugar.
- Second, Get your medium mixing bowl and add 1 cup of milk + 2 eggs.
- Thirdly, pour your liquid mixture into the dry mixture and mix it together till well mixed. *If it turn out thick, add a little bit more of milk until it's very runny.*
- Forth, Get the help of an adult to help you turn a stove top of an oven on. *Doesn't matter the temperature, As long as you will look after the stove top.*
- Fifth, Put a little bit of Margarine and put it into the Crepe pan. When that is done, Add a bit of the mixture into the crepe pan and move the pan around so that it makes a circle that's nice and thin.
- Sixth, When you are done making you crepe's, dish it up and dress it how ever you want.
- Last of all, Enjoy your delicious CREPE PANCAKES!
