Manaiakalani presentation

This was a presentation I created for my Manaiakalani presentation but was cancelled. This presentation is based on Genomics. Genomics is the study of living organisms. Here is my self-created presentation.

Reading, Cooper / Summary

For reading, My reading group chose a particular reading text out of three. We chose to read about to young muslim girls and the terror shooting that occured last week on the 15th of Match. It hit the christchurch Muslim Youth Community really hard, that the two young girls had to go through a disaster. They lost some really close friends durig the shooting. So, After reading this horrific article, We had to unpack a few vobaculary / words that we struggled to understang. Here is a Muslim youth: 'We're stronger than we ever were before "Vocabulary Sheet" I created to show what words I struggled to understand.

Perpetrator	“The perpetrator of the terror attacks failed to divide and spread hatred in New Zealand.”	Person who started the terror attack	A person who carries out a harmful, illegal, or immoral act.
Nutrition	“Sports and nutrition student at the University of Canterbury.”	Something that provides energy	He process of providing or obtaining the food necessary for health and growth.
Mourning	“Two young Muslim women mourning their friends who died in the terror attacks want to make it loud and clear that they are not going to let one gunman ruin their lives.”	Felling the empathy of others.	The expression of sorrow for someone's death. It’s also simmilar to Empathy.
Diverse	“We're such a diverse country.”	Being Kind to others	Showing a great deal of variety

Maths ( Recap )

Today for Maths we did Maths problems which were really challenging for me. We worked with the figure it out problem solving books for maths. The problem that I found challenging for me was Problem one Size-Wise because that was the problem that I pushed my self to think harder figure it out. At the end I got it right and I had so much fun figuring out the problems.
